Please download the following pdf files. Read the first file for The American
Red Cross' Mission and information on how to preform the online background
check. Then print and fill out the two forms titled, "Code of Conduct" and
"Health Status Record." When you are finished filling out the documents please
drop them off at our office. If you have any questions please call our chpater's
