Acadiana! The American Red Cross is not a government agency, but a nonprofit
humanitarian organization that relies heavily upon volunteer rendered services.
Our chapter covers the following parishes:
Acadia Parish
Evangeline Parish
Iberia Parish
St. Martin Parish
St. Landry Parish
Lafayette Parish
Vermilion Parish
We have served the people of these areas since 1917 through the following services:
-Disaster mitigation, preparedness, and response
-Health and Safety promotion and education
-Service to the United States military families
